Patrick ROLS Cellar

Patrick's vines are located in Aveyron, near the village of Conques. He has been planting vines for over 20 years on very steep slopes. The 6 hectares are biodynamic. The grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for the reds. Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay for the whites. The soils are naturally grassed. The vines take deep root and thus draw the essence of the terroir from the soil. The wines are neither fined nor filtered.
