Arnauld and his wife Isabelle Daudier are based in LIBOURNE, Saint Emilion, in not very typical estate to Bordeaux!
In 1999, Alrauld purchased 1.93 ha vineyard in Saint-Emilion. He reconstructed the cellar and the house and dedicated himself to cultivating organic vineyard and producing natural wines.
Authentic wines of authentic winemaker are produced with minimal intervention from Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The production is very small, and wines are utterly popular.
The grapes are harvested manually in one day.
The wine is matured in concrete vats for 22 months, without aging in barrels.
Without barrel influence, wines are pure, tasty, well balanced, fruity, with a good length.
