Situated in the Haut Languedoc, winery of Clos Fantine today covers almost 24 hectares.
Natural! Although not certified, this family winery is more than "organic"! A Winery created in his lifetime by the father, 3 children, Carole, Corine and Olivier have continued their exemplary work in this natural approach. For several decades now, no fertilizer has been added to the soil and no phytosanitary treatments have been applied to the vines. Thus the vines, which are old, have acquired natural resistance. Each year healthy grapes have explosive juices with aromas of sunshine and garrigue, frank in their tasting, free, lively and interesting.
